Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to help you return or exchange your order of Femco drain plugs or accessories. You can email us at [email protected] to get started.

If we messed up and sent the wrong part, we will email you a return label to send the item back to us. If you ordered the wrong part or decided you didn’t want/need it, you are responsible for paying to ship back to us.

If the product is in its original packaging, you may return to our facility at 360 N Lakeside Dr., Amarillo, Texas 79118. If it is returned and in the original condition (no signs of use or wear) within 60 days of purchase, we will refund the card used during the purchase for the full purchase price. If it is returned and in the original condition beyond the 60 days post-purchase, we will credit refund the card used for the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.
